Prank;
[It was just a small thing.
But after spending so long working so hard towards his goals, sometimes he thinks to have a little break.
Sometimes, he does get a little break, in the form of a little prank.
He knows the entirety of the Avengers team will be there.
It's not that surprising, then, that he decides to pull a little prank while they are all there and stride in not as Loki, but as a mysterious dark-haired female with very sharp green eyes and a figure to die for--
Or maybe she's not so far from Loki either.
Regardless, he takes in their expressions: Clint and Bruce, surprised. Natasha, confused and then amused. Thor, eyes narrowed as he slowly figures it out. Steve--well, he is quick to welcome her with a courteous "How are you, ma'am?".
...oh, yes. This was a good prank.]

It was meant to just be a night on the town, a little break from all their duties and he would just hope that Fury wouldn't manage an emergency call to ruin the night-
Especially since Tony had gathered them all at a club.
He's a little ways away, over at the bar and chatting up some lovely brunette- and he would immediately defend himself that this was behavior expected of him and if he didn't stir up a little something then the press would be disappointed.
But he sees this lovely lady walking up to his teammates and he's puzzled.
The only view is one from behind - and it's a nice view, yes indeed - but he swears... there's something about her.
So he leaves the brunette without so much as a closing to their conversation before he starts to wander back to his team, picking his brain at what this feeling could possibly be.
Though he is a little distracted when he notices that most of the guys seem entirely enchanted.
Wow, he thinks, this one must be something else.]
no subject
This is the best prank.
And when Tony wanders back over to his teammates, she offers him a sharp, familiar little smirk, though she is currently busy returning the good captain's hello.]
no subject
If anything, it's better than Laura because he's always been fond of those green eyes.
Except it's a glance over at his friends, particularly Clint because Steve is always consciously trying to be a gentleman and Bruce is at least seemingly embarrassed, and he does spare a look for Natasha.
As well as a quick mouthing of words-
'Really.'
As in "You're really letting him get away with this."
But forbid Tony to let anyone else particularly get a good look at what's his - and different form or not, Loki is absolutely his - and so he steps in front of the lovely lady now.]
And hello to you, miss.
[He can feel Clint glaring daggers into his back for obstructing the show but fuck you, Legolas.]
no subject
Why hello. I am afraid I hadn't intended to end up here alone.
[Dateless. Drinkless. Fix it, Tony--
But then she leans closer slightly and a murmur:]
The dear Black Widow is a marvelously quick study.
no subject
[He says it hushed enough that those behind them probably won't be able to hear, not when there's still music playing and Tony doesn't go out of his way to be heard.
But he's... still Tony Stark, so he can't quite help but take an appraising look up and down.
It's one of those moments where he has to admit, above all the other tricks he's seen, he kind of really has to love magic.]
no subject
Hardly. They are entertaining and nothing more.
[...a thoughtful look.]
I do believe Barton is annoyed you blocked his view.
no subject
[And some part of his head is going "Thor's behind you, Thor's behind, Thor is behind you, you stupid tin man" that's being thoroughly suppressed.
Too busy pressing his lips to Loki's and have they always been this soft?
Steve, who apparently still has not quite gotten the joke, is giving a very, very cautioning-
"Tony!"]
no subject
So she leans into the kiss, and when she breaks away sweeps a quick glance over the Avengers once again. Steve is looking like he's about to have a heart-attack, poor man, while Bruce looks uncomfortable and Barton rather displeased.
Thor's face is shocked, and Loki spares an extra-cheeky grin for his brother, while Natasha smothers her smile in her drink.
...]
Yes, this is an excellent choice.
no subject
[and that's loud enough for the rest of the Avengers to hear and he presses a kiss to Loki's remarkably soft cheek
He's about to walk away without another word but then he realizes he still has one.
He turns to Barton - and only Barton because he can't stand to see Thor's face right now.]
Keep it in your pants or I swear I will turn all of your arrows into nothing more than really shiny fondue sticks.
[Steve only looks more concerned at the mention of fondue.]
no subject
Clint just mutters something along the lines of 'what's his problem?' and she catches Thor's eye and his brow furrows and 'you didn't'--
...Oh yes. Yes she did.
C:]
no subject
It's less of a whisper into her ear and more of a murmur against the skin just below.]
How long are you planning to keep this up?
[Because Cap looks like he's about to blow something and his hand is itching for his phone, Tony can tell.
He'd given all of the Avengers Loki's number some time ago. Now was Steve enough of a rat...?]
no subject
Out to ruin my fun so soon?
[Her tone is equally quiet, masked by the sounds of the bar.]
Though if it is so troublesome, I would suppose the good captain is only a few moments from ruining my fun himself, with my brother but a moment behind.
no subject
[and he can just feel Thor's glares but he's convinced if he keeps an arm around Loki he can't be thrown across the room just yet
but he can also feel the incredibly discomforted and pouting looks that Barton's giving him
Why does Stark always have all the luck?]
no subject
We can certainly talk about that--
[Only for them to be interrupted by a very very uncomfortable looking Steve.
'Tony....'
FAITHFUL AND STUFF.]
no subject
[but he does behave a little bit more, keeping his head on Loki's shoulder now
Except now is when Bruce decides to speak up, having enough of this puzzled and slightly prickled feeling-
"I'm sorry, I don't think we ever actually got your name."
Which earns Tony's smile-]
I knew you were my favorite for a reason, Brucey baby.
no subject
Oh, we've met.
[She'll just. Leave them to puzzle out that one for a time.]
no subject
"Tony."
An annoyed look.]
Cap I'm in the middle of something right now and I'd definitely be out of here and out of these clothes right now if it weren't for this one here-
[But Steve just gives an unamused look for a while longer.
DIDN'T THEY HAVE A TALK ON THIS ALREADY, TONY.]
no subject
C'mon now, guys.
It's not that hard.
Though Thor is looking a little annoyed around the edges, Loki notes with some glee.]
no subject
Next Tony just raises a single brow at Steve- then he gets the bright idea of pulling away just enough that Loki can't see (hopefully). And he sticks his tongue out in a snake-like gesture.
Steve seems suddenly alarmed, paling considerably as his eyes dart back to Loki and back to Tony and it seems to stall his brain pretty badly.
Tony returns to being innocent as he presses his lips to Loki's neck free of badgering now.
He'll let Clint figure it out on his own though- even if he wants to clean his clock for having defaulted back to the staring phase now.]
no subject
I saw that.
[Hard to tell if she's amused or not from her expression, as she's busy glancing at the others again.
She just flicks her fingers in a wave at Thor, though admittedly it looks like it could've been a wave at Clint too--
She has to get her fun somewhere, and taunting Thor is always the way to do it.]
no subject
He couldn't tell who the wave was for.
It probably doesn't really matter to him either when all he sees is Loki dabbling a bit while he's still present.
Steve and Bruce are at the point of rolling their eyes because their faces just read "why is this happening."]
no subject
I do not fancy my brother, whatever else you might think of me.
[So yeah she was pretty much ignoring the fact that Clint exists there.]
no subject
[The kiss he presses to Loki's lips is not particularly innocent in the slightest.
He expects to be smacked by Mjolnir in a bit but he's busy right now.]
Now at least drop it before I decide to seriously ruin Barton's face, suit or no suit. He has enough trouble getting any as is--
no subject
Barton?
You must be joking. [snort.] It is hardly my fault he is in the way of my rather upset looking brother.
Shall we go elsewhere, then?
[Before Tony really does get a Mjolnir to the face, because it looks like female Loki draws out Thor's protective instincts better than as a male.]
no subject
[but he is starting to lead Loki away, arm around his waist and sparing a wink for the rest of the Avengers]
I know it's going to be hard without your ray of Stark sunshine in the morning but don't look for me tomorrow.
[he expects to be busy]
