Bad day because somehow, Dr. Doom got the advantage on Tony. It was just a chip and while there should be no opening in the Iron Man armor normally, that's not always true in battle once he's already gotten pretty banged up.
The call happens when Tony fires the unibeam at Thor.
While they often horse around with friendly fire, the unibeam is anything but friendly even at its lowest setting.
Iron Man's gone rogue, they say.
The communications are scattered in the suit so Tony can yell to his teammates through the faceplate of the armor-]

[And he prays to whatever god he hopes is listening, that they will.]
