In other words, March is chasing Ills. Or at least, it seems to be an Ill. It looks to be someone possessed by a monstrous creature that does not belong there, so that's...definitely Ill material right there!! Besides which, Jake sent her over to this area and Jake doesn't ever really lie and...
Well, it's enough evidence that March hasn't stopped to notice that that bell at the end of her hood isn't actually ringing like it should in the presence of an Ill.
Instead, the hunter is just going to lunge forward lightly, jumping up, and with a hand in front of her, she lashes out with very convenient vines wow--]
Go, thorny vines!
[They go as they always do when she calls out her shounen...shounenness. She just...didn't stop to notice that those vines were a bit more convenient than usual even.]
