Luckily Mjolnir wasn't used excessively and Steve jumped in - though he admittedly had a bit of a disappointed look for Tony and can't anyone take a joke around here?

Either way, it's left Tony sprawled out on the couch, ice pack on his head as he tries to get rid of this feeling of ache. Fending off a thunder god right after getting in the middle of a ridiculous battle really shouldn't be in his job description.

[He just sighs, but he does stand, walking over to sit next to Tony on the couch, though he does not lie down just yet.]

[Tony's arms are already around Loki and he asks-]

What, cold feet about climbing onto the couch with me?

[jofurr]

[A wave of his hand.]

Merely about giving you everything you want.

[And then he lays down slowly, relaxed.]

For the record, I think I've jumped through plenty of hurdles to earn you by now.

[But he seems to enjoy this anyway, pulling Loki close and burying his face in the crook of the god's neck.]

[He just snorts, shaking his head lightly.]

Perhaps, perhaps. And perhaps you have not even begun the true hurdles.

... I figure it'll be worth it.

[But that's the last thing he says as he agrees and lets himself start to nod off, resting against Loki and figuring that napping on the couch with the God of Mischief is okay.]
